Parking Lot Repair Saves Hassle and Time

All Star Paving and Sealing was called to give service to a customer, Derrick, in Stamford, Connecticut. The customer needed to have his parking lot paved. The customer’s parking lot had a drainage issue, and this issue had caused the asphalt base to become damaged. It’s a good thing the customer called us when he did, because if the customer would have waited, the whole parking lot would have needed replaced. The All Star Paving crew arrived promptly on time, and begun working on the parking lot. It took us two days to complete the parking lot project, and we had the customer do a final inspection. The customer was very pleased with the job that we had done. We showed him how we repaired the drainage problem, and how that would never occur again. New Greenwich Driveway Solution

In Greenwich, our customer Tim Reynold, was needing having issues with his driveway. He had seagulls repeatedly drop shells on his driveway, causing a mess that he kept having to clean up. His driveway also had much damage from the previous years and weather damage. He called us after he spoke with his neighbor who was having a similar issue. We gave him an estimate, we decided that to re-do the pavement, it all had to be ripped out, graded and paved. He mentioned how seagulls had been constantly dropping shells on the driveway, so we advised adding reef shells to the mix. We came out to the site and went to work. We were able to complete the project within a few days. Tim mentioned how the quality of our work is wonderful and he no longer had issues with the seagulls. Wilton Cracked Pavement Repair

Kellan Jackson from Wilton, CT, called us after his friend recommended us to him. He works for a large factory that was needing the pavement to be reclaimed, graded, paved binder course and wearing course. A binder course is a course aggregate bound with bitumen between the foundation and wearing course of an asphalt pavement. A wearing course is the upper layer that is on the baser course or subbase. There are different types meant for different surfaces. The original pavement was cracked and needed to be re-done. Our crew got to work and we were able to meet the set deadline. Kellan was pleased with us because since it is a 24 hour factory, it was important that we met all deadlines.

New Bailey Beach Basketball Court

In Bailey Beach, Rowayton, the Johnson’s called to have a new basketball court repaved due to the damage from Hurricane Sandy. There were many cracks throughout the previous pavement. The lot was in such bad shape and the cost to repair would have been more than to just repave, so we did that instead. We had installed the previous court for this customer, which they loved and were wanting the same quality the second time around. We scheduled an appointment with them and were able to arrive at the designated time. Our crew got to work and we were able to complete the job sooner than expected!

New Paved Parking Lot in Darien

 In Darien, our client was needing their parking lot to be paved. They had heard about us through a referral. For this job, we ripped out, re-graded and re-paved the parking lot. We installed all new Belgium block curbing, and rebuilt all catch basins. We also installed light pole bases and conduit for new parking and lighting.
